To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, which are detailed in the Non-Returnable Items section below.
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for shipping the item back to us. Please do not ship items back without first obtaining a return authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.
Items must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories, manuals, cables, and other components. Products must be in new, unused condition with no signs of wear, damage, or modification. The original manufacturer's packaging should be intact and undamaged.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.
Certain items cannot be returned for health, safety, or other reasons. These include: opened software products, downloadable software products, products with broken seals or tamper-evident packaging, personalized or custom-ordered items, and clearance or final sale items.
Additionally, items that show signs of use, wear, or damage beyond normal inspection are not eligible for return. Products missing components, accessories, or original packaging may be subject to a restocking fee or may not be accepted for return.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Please provide photographs of the damage or defect to expedite the process.
For defective items, we may require you to work with the manufacturer's warranty service if the defect appears after the initial return period. We will assist you in coordinating warranty service when applicable.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we have processed it. The exact timing depends on your payment provider's policies. If you have not received your refund after this period, please contact your payment provider and then contact us.
Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the item only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. If you received free shipping on your order, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
If you need to exchange an item for a different model or product, please contact us to arrange the exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you wish to exchange for is not available, we will process a refund instead.
For exchanges due to defects or our error, we will cover the shipping costs for both the return and the replacement item. For exchanges due to customer preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and standard shipping charges will apply to the replacement item.
A restocking fee of up to 15% may be applied to returns of opened items, items missing components, or items returned without original packaging. This fee covers the cost of inspecting, repackaging, and restocking the item. Restocking fees do not apply to defective items or returns due to our error.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment.
Please pack items carefully to prevent damage during shipping. Use adequate padding and the original packaging when possible. Items damaged during return shipment due to inadequate packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.

International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs fees, and import duties. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for international returns. Refunds for international orders will be issued in US dollars and may be subject to currency exchange rate fluctuations.
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, if the order has not yet shipped, we will attempt to cancel it upon request, but we cannot guarantee cancellation. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must be returned according to our standard return policy.
If you refuse delivery of your order, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs and return shipping costs. These amounts will be deducted from your refund. We strongly encourage you to contact us before refusing a delivery so we can address any concerns.
In some cases, we may offer store credit instead of a refund. Store credit can be used for future purchases and does not expire. Store credit is non-transferable and has no cash value.

All returns must be shipped to the address provided in your return authorization. Do not send returns to our retail location without prior authorization. Returns sent to unauthorized addresses may not be processed.
Items marked as final sale, clearance, or closeout are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective. These items are clearly marked on our website and on your receipt. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing final sale items.
